Terms of Service

1. Who we are

The Restart Kit is operated by Intentionally Formed LLC (“we”, “us”), created by Avidan Smith. You can reach us any time at AvidanSmith@IntentionallyFormed.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these terms.

2. What the service does

The Restart Kit is a self-coaching tool. It walks you through a simple loop — Observe, Slow Down, Move — to help you see what stopped your momentum, shrink the next action until it is small enough to start, and run a 15-minute focus session. It also keeps your session history, streaks and momentum view.

Full disclosure: this is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or professional mental health care, and it is not a substitute for any of those. If you are in crisis or need clinical help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services. What you do with the prompts is your decision and your responsibility.

3. Your account

You may create an account with an email address and password, or by signing in with Google. You must be at least 13 years old. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission. Accounts are for one person — don’t share or resell access.

4. Payment and lifetime access

The Restart Kit is a one-time purchase that gives you lifetime access to the tool under your account. The founder price is $27 through October 1st, after which the price is $37. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Billing is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. “Lifetime access” means for as long as we operate the service; if we ever have to shut it down, we will give account holders notice by email and a way to export their own data.

Because access is delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your purchase, email us within 14 days and we will make it right. Access may also be granted manually by an admin before launch; granted access carries no payment obligation and can be revoked if it was issued in error or abused.

5. Communications

By creating an account you agree that we may email you about your account, your purchase and your access — sign in and password reset, receipts, and service notices. We may also send onboarding notes, reminders to pick your restart back up, and updates about new features.

Optional emails can be stopped at any time using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any such email. Essential account, security and billing emails continue for as long as you have an account, since they are part of running the service.

6. Your content

What you write in the app — your projects, friction answers, next actions and reflections — belongs to you. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store it and show it back to you across your devices. We do not sell it, publish it, or use it to train third-party AI models. You can delete your content, or your whole account, at any time.

7. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the service; do not resell or share access to your account; do not copy the material to build a competing product; and do not upload unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that do these things.

8. Our material

The framework, prompts, copy, design and brand of The Restart Kit are ours. Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use them, not to redistribute or teach them as your own product.

9. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and features like timers, alerts and push notifications depend on your device and browser. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for access.

10. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that breach these terms. Sections about your content, our material, disclaimers and liability survive termination.

11. Changes and contact

If we update these terms we will change the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders by email. Questions go to AvidanSmith@IntentionallyFormed.com.
